Day 18





Breakfast Day 18: Toasted Bubliki sandwich with an egg and cheese

Lunch Day 18: Green beans, snap peas, raw milk havarti, strawberries, raspberries & whole wheat toast- Yummy lunch, only thing missing was the wine!

While I was home at lunch I attempted to make my Grandma’s recipe for flat bread which I have never made before and of course I had to switch it up. I was thinking that I could roll the dough out thicker, flavor it up a bit and somehow I’d have a Wheat Thin type of cracker- um, not so much. They are eatable however you might lose a tooth in the process. My dog was happy to get the treat…

Dinner Day 18: SunButter and blackberry rhubarb jam sandwich on homemade wheat bread, yogurt & strawberries (on the run once again!)
